1. General Terms and conditions of the promotion

The “Mythical Garden Prize Drops” daily Prize Drops are active in this game and run from the 25th of May 2023 at 19:01 CEST to the 4th of June 2023 at 18:59 CEST (the “Promotion Term”). By participating in the Promotion (as defined below), you hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

This promotion is only available to players who have an account or who have registered with Lottofy by verifying their account.

By taking part in this promotion, the user accepts these promotion-specific terms and conditions of participation, as well as the generic Terms and Conditions available at https://www.lottofy.com/.

This promotion is available exclusively to persons over the age of 18. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction of residence and that, under applicable laws, you are legally entitled to participate in this promotion.

Clobet Limited shall not be responsible for any participant entering this promotion unlawfully.

Clobet Limited reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any participant from this tournament if Clobet Limited has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has acted in breach of both these tournament specific Terms and Conditions and Clobet Limited's generic Terms and Conditions.

Any players located in Italy, Sweden, Lithuania, Denmark, and Portugal shall be excluded from participating in the Promotion.

If the terms & conditions have been translated into various languages these reflect the same principles. However, in case of any discrepancies between the different language versions, the English version shall prevail.

 

2. How players may participate in Mythical Garden Prize Drops

A player must join or opt in to participate in Mythical Garden Prize Drops

A player must spin at least one (1) real money spin with a minimum bet of fifty Euro cents (€0.50) or the equivalent amount in the available currencies on the participating game(s).

Any qualifying bet placed on “Rabbit Garden“ or “Zeus vs Hades – Gods of War“ may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during the Promotion term.

A player may win multiple Prize Drops during each day of the Mythical Garden Prize Drops promotion.

4. General Rules

Pragmatic Play’s “Mythical Garden Prize Drops’” promotion (the “Promotion”) comprises of ten (10), daily prize drops (each a “Mythical Garden Prize Drop”) which will run daily during the Promotion Term.

In order to participate in any of the Mythical Garden Prize Drops, a player must open any of the participating games and join/opt in.

In order to be eligible to participate in the Promotion, a player shall be required to play a real money spin under the following conditions:

• All spins with a minimum bet of fifty Euro cents (€0.50) or the equivalent amount in available currencies* in the participating games will be considered for each running Mythical Garden Prize Drop (ereinafter a “Qualifying Bet”)
• *Example for illustrative purposes only:
• €/£ 0,50 = 2,5 PLN, 5 NOK, 265 AMD...
• €/£ 1 = 5 PLN, 10 NOK, 530 AMD ...
• If the minimum bet amount is unavailable, the minimum bet shall be rounded up to the next higher available bet size in the game.

There is no additional cost to participate in the Promotion.

The total expected prize pool for the entire Promotion is two hundred fifty thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£250,000)

Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab in the participating games or in the table above these Terms and Conditions.

All amounts are displayed in-game in the Player's Currency (where "Player's Currency" means the currency of the territory in which the player is located).

Prizes in Mythical Garden Prize Drops may be won by players in the form of fixed cash amount as set out in the Mythical Garden Prize Drops Prize Table.

The Mythical Garden Prize Drops rules are built-in the participating games.

The Mythical Garden Prize Drops prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left

The Mythical Garden Prize Drops will end daily upon the earlier of: (I) 18:59 CET/CEST; or (ii) when there are no more prizes left.

A portion of undistributed funds from the Drops & Wins Network promotion will be awarded to players in the Mythical Garden Prize Drops promotion.

Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel Mythical Garden Prize Drops, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour players
