You can close your account at any time. It is your responsibility to withdraw any pending balance before requesting closure.
How to close
It is your responsibility to withdraw any pending balance to your bank account before requesting account closure. Once you have done so, cancel any active subscriptions and open Account › Settings › Close account to follow the confirmation steps.
Your account cannot be closed if it holds a pending balance. Please make sure to withdraw all funds first.
