When will I be asked to verify?
You can play and deposit straight away, no verification needed to get started. We'll ask you to verify before:
- Making your first withdrawal from your balance.
- Your cumulative deposits cross a regulatory threshold (typically €2,000).
- Claiming a major prize.
We recommend completing verification early so there's nothing standing between you and your winnings when the moment comes.
What documents do we accept?
To verify your identity you'll need one of the following:
- Identity: a valid passport, national ID card or driving licence.
- Proof of address (when requested): a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months.
Make sure your document is fully visible, in focus and not cropped at the edges. A clear photo taken in good light is all it takes.
How long does it take?
Most verifications complete within a few minutes. During busy periods it can take up to 48 hours, but we'll notify you by email as soon as it's done.
Once verified, you won't need to do it again. Your documents are stored securely and your account stays verified for good.
