Get notifications about draws and results

Be the first to know when a draw is about to close or when you've won. You choose what to receive.
Types of notifications
- Cut-off reminders, 60 minutes before a draw you're subscribed to closes, so you never miss an entry.
- Draw results, as soon as we check your tickets against the official result.
- Prize won, a separate, prominent notification when a prize is credited to your balance.
- Account alerts, security events, document approvals and balance changes.
- Promotions, optional, off by default.
Manage what you receive
Go to your profile and open the Notifications section to turn each type on or off. You can also pause all notifications during a custom quiet-hours window.
Not receiving notifications?
If notifications aren't coming through, check that you've allowed them in your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings › Lottofy › Notifications. On Android, go to Settings › Apps › Lottofy › Notifications.
You can also manage and limit your notification preferences at any time from your profile on the app or the website.
