Why was my payment rejected?

Most declined payments come from your bank, not from Lottofy. Here's how to fix the common causes.
Common reasons
If a payment is declined, it's usually one of these:
- Your bank blocked the transaction, gambling payments are sometimes flagged automatically.
- Incorrect card details or an expired card.
- Insufficient funds or a daily card limit reached.
- A 3-D Secure / verification step was not completed.
- The card or wallet was issued in a country that is restricted for gambling payments.
How to fix it
- 1Double-check the card number, expiry date and CVV.
- 2Contact your bank and confirm gambling payments are allowed on the card.
- 3Try a different payment method from your account.
- 4If the issue persists, contact our support team with the exact error message you see.
Lottofy never stores your full card number. If your bank confirms the charge was approved but it doesn't appear in your balance, contact our support team with the transaction reference.
