Smaller prizes land in your balance automatically. For the big ones, we guide you through every step of the official claim process.

Minor prizes are credited to your Lottofy balance automatically, usually within 24–48 hours of the official result. From there you can withdraw to your bank or keep playing. You don't need to do anything, we check every ticket the moment the result is published.
Major prizes
For large jackpots, prizes are handled directly with the official operator. Our team accompanies you through every step, collecting the ticket, verifying your identity, scheduling the payout and handling any tax forms with the operator. You're never alone in this.
