Terms and conditions of the promotion

1. Clobet Limited, a private company incorporated under the laws of Malta, with registration number C90546 and registered address at 89 St. John Street, VLT 1165, Valletta, Malta, is the organiser of a Slots Tournament on the slot’s games contained on the https://www.lottofy.com/ website, in the casino section. This website is operated and is the sole property of Clobet Limited.
2. By taking part in this promotion, the user accepts these promotion-specific terms and conditions of participation, as well as the generic Terms and Conditions available at https://www.lottofy.com/.
3. This promotion is available exclusively to persons over the age of 18. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction of residence and that, under applicable laws, you are legally entitled to participate in this promotion. 7. To participate in this promotion, users must register for each tournament. The registered player must then place a qualifying bet as defined in these Terms and Conditions.
8. A bet will be considered as a qualifying bet and will be taken into account for the purposes of participation in this tournament and for winning prizes in case:
   • The bet is placed with real money. Bets placed with bonuses will not be considered for this promotion.
   • The minimum spin amount exceeds 0,20€ EUR (Approximate value taking into account the user's currency).

9. Successfully registered users in the tournament will be able to accumulate points towards the overall tournament ranking, provided that the bet placed meets the qualifying criteria and has been made between the start date and the end date of the tournament.
10. Tournament ranking points are based on the amount of winnings from a single spin, taking into account only the spin with the highest final score for each player. The score is calculated as the single win which is converted into USD and multiplied by 1000. Example for a tournament with only three players:
    • Player 1
      • Spin 1 - Bet 1$: Win 50$ (score = 50$ * 1000 = 50000)
      • Spin 2 -Bet 1$: Win 5$ (score = 5$ * 1000 = 5000)
      • Spin 3 - Bet 1$: Win 2$ (score = 2$ * 1000 = 2000)
      • Spin 4 - Bet 1$: Win 100$ (score = 100$ * 1000 = 100000)
      • Player 1 total score = 100000 (Highest score obtained)
    • Player 2 (Exchange rate on day of spin: AUD to USD = 0,8)
      • Spin 1 - Bet 10AUD: Win 5AUD (score = 5AUD * 0,8 = $4 * 1000 = 4000)
      • Spin 2 -Bet 10AUD: Win 50AUD (score = 50AUD * 0,8 = $40 * 1000 = 40000)
      • Spin 3 - Bet 10AUD: Win 200AUD (score = 200AUD * 0,8 = $160 * 1000 = 160000)
      • Player 2 total score = 160000 (Highest score obtained)
    • Player 3 (Exchange rate on day of spin: EUR to USD = 0,98)
      • Spin 1 - Bet 100€: Win 100€ (score = 100€ * 0,98 = $98 * 1000 = 98000)
      • Spin 2 -Bet 100€: Win 200€ (score = 200€ * 0,98 = $196 * 1000 = 196000)
      • Player 3 total score = 196000 (Highest score obtained)
11. For this example, the winner of the tournament would be player 3 with a total of 196000 points scored.
12. For the avoidance of doubt, there will be 1 prizes for the tournament. These prizes will be based on the leaderboard and will be award-ed as follows:

13. Wagering requirement for tournament prize bonuses: The player must wager 5 times the amount of the prize winnings in order to convert the resulting winnings into a real withdrawable balance.
14. After the end of the tournament, bonuses won as prizes will have an expiry date of 5 days from the end of the tournament. After this time, any bonuses that have not been used or that do not meet the criteria for conversion to a real withdrawable balance will expire and be removed from the player's account.
15. By registering for this tournament, the participant agrees to be responsible for any tax liabili-ties that may arise from winning a prize.
16. Clobet Limited reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any participant from this tournament if Clobet Limited has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has acted in breach of both these tour-nament specific Terms and Conditions and Clobet Limited's generic Terms and Conditions.
17. Clobet Limited reserves the right to change the closing date of the tournament if, for any reason, any aspect of the tournament is unable to run as planned. In the event that Clobet Limited closes the tournament early, the winner may be selected from all valid and eligible registered participants prior to the new closing date. Clobet Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to close a tournament early without selecting a winner.
18. All calculations made by the system developed by Clobet Limited are final and unappealable and only Clobet Limited, at its sole discretion, has the power to make decisions that modify the calculations made dur-ing the tournament and its results.
