Every entry you place is stored in your account with a receipt and the official serial number of the ticket we hold on your behalf.

Open My tickets from your account menu to see every active and past entry, including the draw date, the numbers played and the official serial number of each ticket we custody for you.
Where is the physical ticket?
The physical or electronic ticket is held in custody by Lottofy in our licensed vault. You never need to worry about losing it, misplacing it or missing a claim deadline.
Prizes are credited to your balance automatically as soon as the draw is checked. For very large prizes, our team coordinates the claim directly with the official operator on your behalf. You're in safe hands throughout.
Your tickets are stored under our MGA licence. If you ever have a question about a specific ticket, our support team can look it up for you.
