Terms and conditions of the promotion

1 Crash & Win – Terms & Conditions

This Network Promotion is operated by Pragmatic Play and the prize pool is shared across the network of Operators who opt into this Network Promotion.

The Network Promotion comprises of three hundred and sixty-four (364) daily prize drops (each a “Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop”) which will run weekly throughout the Network Promotion Term.

To participate in any Daily Prize Drops, players must open any of the participating games and join/opt in.

The total expected prize pool for the entire Network Promotion is one million two hundred and seventy-four thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 1,274,000).

For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop shall be carried forward into subsequent stages or into the next Network Promotion.

The Network Promotion prizes may be won by players in the form of fixed cash amounts as set out in the respective prize table further below.

All prizes won during the Network Promotion Term must be paid out as a fixed cash amount prizes with no wagering requirements.

2 Mechanics

The Network Promotion includes three hundred and sixty-four (364) Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop (each a
“Promotions Day”).

In order to be eligible to participate in a Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop, a player is required to place a real money bet with a minimum of fifteen Euro cents (€0.15)* or the equivalent amount in the available currency on the participating game(s) is required (hereinafter a “Qualifying Bet”).

• *Exceptions may apply to the territory of Argentina where the minimum bet is the equivalent of eighteen Euro cents (€0.18), and South Africa, Lesotho, and Eswatini, where the minimum bet requirement is the equivalent of five Euro cents (€0.05).
• Only the first eight hundred (800) Qualifying Bets per day within each Crash & Win Daily Prize Drops (the “Qualifying Bets Limit”) will be counted towards as eligible for each Promotion. All Qualifying Bets placed after reaching the Qualifying Bets Limit will not be counted towards each Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop.
• One (1) Qualifying Bet may trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during each promotion.

The random Crash & Win Daily Prize Drop rules and prize tables are built in the participating games. The prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.

Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab found in each of the Participating Games.

Prizes are paid out in the form of fixed cash amounts.

A player may win multiple Daily Prize Drops in each Daily Prize Drop Day.

The Daily Prize Drop will end daily upon the earlier of: (i) 18:59 CEST/CET or (ii) when there are no more prizes left.

2.1 Prizes

Expected weekly prize pool of twenty-four thousand and five hundred Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 24,500) in total and expected daily prize pool of three thousand and five hundred Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 3,500) across three hundred (300) prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts.

3 General Rules

This promotion is only available to players who have an account or who have registered with Lottofy by verifying their account.

By taking part in this promotion, the user accepts these promotion-specific terms and conditions of participation, as well as the generic Terms and Conditions available at https://www.lottofy.com/.

This promotion is available exclusively to persons over the age of 18. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction of residence and that, under applicable laws, you are legally entitled to participate in this promotion.  

Clobet Limited shall not be responsible for any participant entering this promotion unlawfully.

Clobet Limited reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any participant from this tournament if Clobet Limited has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has acted in breach of both these tournament specific Terms and Conditions and Clobet Limited's generic Terms and Conditions.

Any players located in Australia, Bahamas, Belgium, Bulgaria, Colombia, Denmark, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Lativa, Lithuania, Myanmar, Netherlands, North Korea, Philippines, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Singapore, South Africa, Sudan, Sweden, Syrian Arab Republic, Taiwan, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States shall be excluded from participating in the Network Promotion.

If the terms & conditions have been translated into various languages these reflect the same principles. However, in case of any discrepancies between the different language versions, the English version shall prevail.

Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Network Promotion, Daily Tournaments and/or Daily Prize Drops, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.
